LOUIS, June 8, 2026 – Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) today announced that the Primary Wealth Management Group has joined the firm’s Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated broker-dealer subsidiary in Decatur, Illinois.
The team has 38 years of combined investment industry experience and consists of William “Pen” Shade, Senior Vice President/Investments, and Peter Hogan, Financial Advisor Associate. The team comes to Stifel from Morgan Stanley, where they were responsible for approximately $357 million in client assets.
